We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that product prices shown during the returns process are excluding VAT.
Returning Unwanted, Wrong size or Faulty Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act you have an early right to reject goods that are unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund.
But this right is limited to 30 days from the date you took ownership of the goods (this could be the date of purchase or the date the goods were delivered to you - whichever is later).
After the initial 30 days, you can't demand a full refund in the first instance, but you still have the right to a repair or replacement
- Damaged Goods: Please contact our Store immediately upon noticing any fault. The goods can then either be replaced F.O.C. or a full refund given. Please note that fault during use, such as flooding, may require goods to be returned to the manufacturer for warranty confirmation.
- Unwanted goods: Please contact our Store before returning any items. A refund (minus the cost of posting the item to you) can be issued for any unused returned goods. A restocking fee of 10% may be charged for all goods returned.
- Exchange goods: Please contact our Store before returning any items. If the item was ordered incorrectly i.e. wrong size or colour then a free exchange can be made. Postage will not be free on the returned item.
- General: When returning goods please enclose receipt, contact details (including daytime phone), credit card details and a note of why the goods are being returned.
